Over 55 years of history




Foundation
Founded in 1969 by John Yemensky, a visionary with a passion for building mechanics, Tempco quickly established itself as a key player in the ventilation, air conditioning, and heating sector for large-scale commercial projects. For nearly 20 years, Mr. Yemensky led the company with rigor and commitment, laying the foundation for a culture of excellence.
The 1980s
New owner
Subsequently, the Teruel brothers took up the torch and led the company with determination for 35 years. Their leadership was marked by steady growth, an ability to adapt to technological advances, and maintaining the trust of a loyal customer base. Their people-oriented and strategic management firmly positioned Tempco as a partner of choice in the industry.
In January 2024, a new chapter began with the arrival of Christian Martin at the helm of the company. Already well known to the team as construction manager for the past five years, Mr. Martin brings a modern vision focused on innovation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation, while remaining true to Tempco's core values.
